Chocolate Martinis

I am a huge fan of a good chocolate martini - if it is creamed colored you've hit gold. For me, a mixture with Stoli® Vanil just doesn't give you the desert rich drink that a person deserves at the end of the meal - hell! What am I saying? At the end of a damn hard day!

Anyhow, here are a couple of my favorite chocolate martini recipes...

Simple and elegant - but my no means cheap.
1 1/2 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
1 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur

For when you have a little extra cash ...

1 1/2 shots Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half

For when you're broke
2 oz vodka (preferably a vanilla - maybe Stoli® as mentioned above? or a nice Smirnoff®)
1/2 oz creme de cacao

Stir and get drunk - for a little more fun empty a packet of hot chocolate on a plate, wet the rim of the martini glass with vodka and dunk. For a little more pazzaz? Put a Hershey® Hug at the bottom and let it soak up a little booze for an end of the drink treat!

A Chocolate Twist

Banana Baby
2 parts Ketel One® vodka
1 part white creme de cacao
1 part 99 Bananas® banana schnapps

or a cheaper version ...
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz creme de cacao

Chocolate Raspberry
1 1/2 oz Stoli® Razberi vodka
1 oz white creme de cacao

Surviving the Holidays
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz white creme de menthe
1/2 oz white creme de cacao

I'm feeling like an apple ....

The following are some great apple martinis that I will order at some of my favorite bars, or whip up at home or for a party ...

Candy Apple
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
1 oz sour apple liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice

Rich & Sour Apple
1 part Absolut® vodka
1 part DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
1 part apple juice

Rich Man's Apple
1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1/2 oz Smirnoff® Citrus Twist vodka
3/4 oz sweet and sour mix
1/4 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps

Sometimes a girly drink, is a great drink!

As my lovely male friends have told me on numerous occassions, a fruity drink is a girly drink. They drink it when they want to get f*cked up in our company or when they are trying to tend to a woman's needs - rarely will they order any of these martinis (come to think of it - any martini for that matter) at a boys night out (at least my buddies).

So glasses up my dears ... here are a couple of my favorite "fruiter" martinis - all are sweet.
